You might be wondering what exactly a fit guarantee is? Great question!

The UE FITS are the world's first instant fitting earbuds that mold to the unique contours of your ears in 60 seconds. For some of us finding the right fitting earbuds is a tall task. With our perfect fit guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with your fit, you can evaluate your fit by using  the “test your fit” option found under the main menu of the UE FITS App.

The App will ask you a few questions to help determine if you’ve got a good fit. If not, the App will guide you through capturing images of your ears with the earbuds in and notify us. One of our fit experts will get back to you with a solution.

 We want you to absolutely love them, so you will get a new 30 days to evaluate if the solution we provided was right for you. If not you can still return the earbuds for a full refund.
